I guess this addresses that guilt we all feel when we medicate to feel OK about just normal life. Everything moves so fast and the background soundscape Jim Bryson always creates makes it feel good to dive in for multiple listening pleasures. I feel...like other people get me when I hear this.

The $30 Song Idea!!!
Ok: this is one fine fine song and it's the closest i've ever come to fundraising..and here is the what up.
It is $30 as an idea of a way to tell people that I am ok with streaming but here is a way to contribute to the offset of the effects of all that awesome flat rate music consumption.
So this smash hit is $30 here: don't think I'm an ass for doing this: I think it is actually a nice idea.
It features my, for all time drummer, Peter VonAlthen and darling bass pal Jon Hynes.
It is mixed by PEI hit machine Dan Ledwell and we got our local Grammy Nominee Phil to master it.
I am telling you: what an idea...what a song;)
lyrics
It’s been all those years
Since we parked the car on the lawn.
And told them off
And told 'bout what's going on
and your friends seemed better.
until the moment that they had to drive us home.
and leave us here to contemplate
the world on our own
And now the night seems calmer
and the days are clearer on drugs,.
and it all stays quiet
and we all seem safer and loved
And when the days got short.
you tried to renovate the space, you were standing on
on a autumn night, mid week: drunk and shaking
And our friends seemed better
when it wasn’t such drag to get us home.
and leave me here to view the whole god damn world
on my own
and now the night seems calmer
and the days are clearer on drugs,.
and it all stays quiet
and we all seem safer and loved
And we all feel better
And the kids are sweeter on drugs.
And the songs get softer
and the words speak to me
And the days are clearer
And the kids are sweeter
And we all look better
In this stay in weather
And the skies grow lighter
And the nights are shorter
And we all feel better
In our sleeping
sweaters
And days are better
When we're all together
And
the sounds get softer
And the nights grow calmer
And the nights are clearer
And you all look better
But our sticky fingers
Aren't the way through winter

Was my first real introduction to this talented man. As an American (who lives down the street from Jamaica Hospital), Legend of You really hit home. joedram
